How do you deal with a PARANOID boss?

Things my boss became paranoid with:
1. My boss seeks evidences of employees love relationships. By digging into our company's skype accounts history chats.
2. Whenever we state reasons for leave of absence. My boss'Doubting.
3. Whenever we write explanation letters of our lates. My boss' Doubting.
But all these he/she can talk about personally on his/her employees. He tries to ask other colleagues if they know informations about his doubts.

Okay, so first, why is your boss so nosey that he wants to know the love affairs of his employees?Does your company's policies states that no love relationships are to be allowed? Second, i think sometimes bosses are really paranoid when a staff wants to take a leave of absence, usually this is used by the people who are only out of the office to attend an interview ( i have done this! haha) and lastly.. i think there is no point in trying to dig up why an employee is late - unless of course if the person changed shift and was late for hours.. ;) so that would again be similar to number two in the item list... Now your boss does seem to have a lot of trust issues with you employees, maybe this was brought upon by his previous employees who have betrayed him... i guess you guys should just try to understand him and try to have a chat with him once in a while so he and you guys can build a trusting relationship on your workplace.

It sounds like you are working for a bad boss. I would consider changing jobs as soon as you can.
