speghetti with oil and garlic

I love to make speghetti with oil and garlic. It is cheap and delicious. Another cheap recipe is adding chopped broccoli to speghetti along with the garlic and oil and then toasted breadcrumbs on top. Sometimes the cheap meals are the most memorable. Do you have a favorite inexpensive speghetti meal that you love? Please share.

Oh, I have a mountain of pasta recipes that I love to make when I have very limited cooking time. One of my favorites would be carbonara with the raw egg, super fast and super delicious. Another one is pasta in tomato sauce with some roasted or fried eggplants. And then of course puttanesca which is spicy which is my favorite taste in the world. And a bunch of other recipes that I invent along the way, some I don't even remember anymore. lol!

I enjoy eating spaghetti with plenty of garlic and fresh tomatoes grown in my garden. Its very filling and affordable. When I have extra money in my food budget, then I make turkey meatballs to enjoy. There are so many different sauces that you can add; however, I prefer a tomato based sauce.

Potatoes with melted cheese was my favorite recipe some time ago. I was making it all the time, when I didn't have the money to cook something else. You only have to cut the potatoes, bake them and when they are already baked in some water, you must put the melted cheese inside. All else you need is spices, salt, black pepper. It's a very cheap and easy for making meal.

Yep sometimes just butter and cheese is all I have and like you said I'll have a bit of oil and broccoli with it as well when I don't feel like pasta sauce. Since it's winter here we also make ravioli or tortellini or angioloti in a nice broth. It's cheap and you get a few meals out of it which is great and it's tasty too. I don't really get sick of eating pasta but then again I grew up eating it being in an Italian family haha :)
