My boyfriend just got a job transfer to my city!

I started a discussion yesterday about my long distance relationship with my boyfriend and how I was planning to find a job near his city and live with him. Well, someone had other plans about it!
A while ago, he called me and he said that he got transferred from his job. He is working in the public sector and he had declared the city that I live in (his parents live here as well), as the place that he would like to get transferred one day! I am not sure how this thing works but they had an open place here and they told him that he can come from September!
That's great news for me but I also have mixed feelings because now he will move back to his parent's house and it won't be easy for me to stay over at night! Of course I am really really happy that he will ome back and we'll be together every day!
Although, I have to say that I was shocked from the news because I didn't expect it and it was a great surprise!

This is very great news! I wish you the best of luck with your partner and you are very fortunate (if you believe, then blessed) that you have this opportunity. Look forward to the time you two will spend together, spend it wisely, and cherish every moment of it because things like this happen very rarely in the life we live.

I know.. Sometimes it's so hard to have a long distance relationship..
The news were so unexpected and it was a big surprise for me! At first I thought that he was making fun of me and I didn't believe him, because it was almost impossible to get this transfer. Thats why I was looking for a job at his city! I guess he was very very lucky and it worked out!

Well once he is home and settled with his job, maybe he will decide to get his own place. It will be nice that you are closer to each other.

Hi friend, good to hear about this happy news. So you get rid from the long distance relationship, from September on wards your bf will be in the same place and you have the ability to meet him whenever you like.

Well, that is a great news for both of you, right? As long as you 2 can stay in the same town, you can just stick together whenever you like. Hope that it will work out for you 2.

Yes, eventually he will move out I hope! We haven't discussed it yet but I think that temporarily he will stay at his parent's house. Rents are usually higher at this time of the year so I am guessing that he might want to wait until spring and search for new appartments!
