Anyone buys expensive sun glasses still in here?

I always buy the cheapest pair of sun glasses because no matter how I would take care of them, they would either be left forgotten somewhere or fall from my head or for two times, I sat on them. With the kind of job that I do, I take everything off from my body that can either hurt someone or me as well. So, I don't even wear a watch anymore, no rings even. I lost rings and a very expensive watch already before. My mobile phone too is the simple text and call kind. Well, I understand that an expensive brand gives a very comfortable sight but then one must be very very careful so as not to loose or break it just like that.

Haven't really bought or owned an expensive one my entire life, but I am planning to soon. Not really a sunglasses though, A mix of reading glasses and sunglasses that has polarized lens or something. Anyway, I have yet to research about it and find a store who can locally produce it. I'm sure it is going to be expensive and it would be my first.

Branded sunglasses are really so comfortable to use than the cheap one that sometimes give wavy sight that sometimes lead to dizziness. But if used to left or lost your sunglasses all the time, cheaper sunglasses is worth it to buy.

Hi taiwanlife, other than shortsighted I suffer from harsh light as well. To protect my eyes from the hurt of discomfort glare. I have to put on sunglasses when having outdoor activities. In tropical country where I live here, the afternoon sunlight is very harsh. I can't see thing clearly if wearing ordinary sunglasses. Thus I have to spend more to get the pair of sunglasses that suits my eyesight. It's sad that the degree of near-sightedness will go up after two or three years. No other choice I have to get another new pairs of glasses on account of this. I am really glad that few years back one of my friends found sunglasses specially for foureyes. It's very much cheaper compared to that I had been using all the time. It's rather bigger in size. I can wear it by putting on my nearsighted glasses straight away Happy posting

I"m very similar to you because I always lose my valuables so I will always purchase cheap sunglasses that do the trick. I don't care about all that fancy or glamour stuff, especially because I don't have money to be throwing away like that, so I buy cheap sunglasses that look nice enough to pass as medium priced. I don't really care how people judge me either, they protect my eyes from the sun, are reasonably fashionable, and I saved a couple of bucks that can be used elsewhere further along the road.

I never did see the appeal in the expensive glasses, I always tried the cheap ones and they didn't really look that great on me so I hated using them. Just recently a few years ago I finally found a cool pair, they cost $10. which is the highest I have ever paid for sunglasses, and they are worth it.

In my place, there are people still buying more expensive sunglasses. There are those people who have really sensitive eyes, they are going to pay for quality, as their eyes can be really teary or sensitive in the sun. There are also the people who are kind of health freaks and the brand name-loving snobs :).

Well for rough use, I always choose cheaper sun glass but for any formal gathering or place, I always choose to wear a better one. Have a very nice day.

I am taking very good care of my sunglasses and I want them to offer a good protection to my eyes. I am wearing glasses so when I want to wear sunglasses I put the eye contacts on. This way my eyes become more sensitive to the sun and I want them to be protected! When it comes to my eyes I choose quality which is usually provided with a high price. Of course I look at fashion as well! Because I pay so much money, I always keep them in their case which I always carry inside my bag. Once, I gave a unisex Rayban pair of sunglasses to my dad and he lost them in 1 week. Since then, I don't give my sunglasses to anyone :P
