Do you take a list when you go grocery shopping?

Yes, I do. Otherwise not only do I buy things I don't need, but I forget half of what I do need!

Yes, I always take a list. Not only because I don't want to forget anything, but because I go for just what's on my list and avoid impulse buying.

yes I prefer to write a shopping list, this way I dont forget what I want. Usually I start writing my list 3 or 4 days before the shopping day. Saves time and helps me because i tend to forget easily

sometimes I do but I usually buy the same thing anyway so I have no problem getting what I need. We usually wait until we are out of everything first.

yes... for me it's really crucial, because my dad is diabetic and don't know how to cook so i always cook a right menu for him, specialized for diabetic person. the list could remind me of what is needed and what is wanted. one time i was going to shopping, all prepared, all things wrote down to my list and went to the shop only to realized that i forgot my list!

I only take a list if I am going specifically to get things we need, but for the general weekly shop we don't make a list

I usually take alist but never wind up using it , which really sucks because then I go totally over budget.
