Because i am trying to open
www.google.com
it says that welcome to nginex!!
i dont know that is that?? but it seems that google is hacked??
please check out are you getting the same thing or do i only have the problem

also i am unable to see the search engine box too..

You have a browser hijacker virus. This page seems to give the most straightforward removal instructions: http://www.zimbio.com/Remove+Malware/articles/WGf1kKXApqt/How+Remove+Welcome+NGINX+Redirect+Virus+Welcome
Once you have done this, get yourself a good Antivirus program (Avast is good and do a free version) and DON'T use Torrent sites!

From what I have seen it is a hijacker virus of some sort. If you can still access some sites, search for tips on how to remove it.

It's working absolutely fine here.
May be there's any kind of virus attack.
