what is the criteria to be "highest rated discussion" ? Is any special prize when our discussion be "highest rated discussion" ?

I suppose it is awarded to one discussion which receive the most rating votes that day. It would mean an increase on the discussion starter's star rating and it could mean an increase on his/her earnings as well. I understand the number inside our star effects the earning computation.
