Uses of Green Tea

I just got known about the green tea. It reduces body weight and makes us to look smart, young. The usage of green tea is as follows: *First take the green tea sachets and get a spoon of tea in one cup of water. *Then boil it for 5-7 minutes. *then take it. use it continuously. For best results don't add sugar. YOU WILL BECOME SMART, YOUNG AND ENERGETIC. Thank you.

yes 100%.My mother is using regularly and she had got reduced her weight i.e., 3 kgs in 1 and half month. Don't neglect. For best results drink twice regularly without fail. Hope u got it. Thank you. Happy mylotting......

Just do not drink too much green tea. It will lower your body temperature. Some people experience this more than others and the older you are the greater the chance this will happen.

I have some green tea in the cupboard and have not got round to trying it yet could do with becoming smarter younger and more energetic. Thank you for telling me :)

I have heard Green tea can help reduce body weight but I didn't know it could help with all that. Thanks for sharing, think I might give it a try.
