Can you fund your payza account using an unverifed eon card?

I really want to invest to invest money with JSS trippler. The problem is I'm forced to use Payza since Paypal don't cater to HYIP sites.
So, I decided to verify my Payza account using my eon card. Much to my dismay, during the verification it was asking for the amount deducted from my account. Payza deducted $1.45, but decimals are not accepted. Then, I googled for the possible solution. I saw in 1 site /blog that you have to send your personal documents(IDs, proof of residence) to paypal to complete the verification process for this case. I decided to give up the whole verification thing. But, is it possible to fund your payza account without verfying your debit/credit card?
