I'm thinking of something healthy. I'm planning on making healthy meals so that i would be able to lose weight too. I know I have some brown rice so i may consider consider that in replacement of the white rice. I would want to control my consumption actual of carbohydrates. I know I can I would be determined to do so.
Anyways, maybe I would start eating Quaker oats once again. Although I don't feel satisfied eating quaker only. I don't feel full. So I hope I can come up with some healthy meals.

We must be very careful while deciding the food for the breakfast becuase it is the food which gives us the whole energy of for the day. So it is very important to have something really good
.
Slices of bread and chapatis is the most food items which I used to eat in the morning. I feel it is quite enough for me and it helps me to pass out my day in a bright way

If you don't feel full after eating, try eating some protein-rich foods. I'd suggest some eggs with sautéed veggies like bell peppers or squash. I make that some mornings. Typically what I eat for breakfast is Quaker oatmeal with almond milk and blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries sprinkled on the top with a bowl of fruit, and a slice of whole wheat bread with a bit of peanut butter on the top.
