I'm thinking of something healthy. I'm planning on making healthy meals so that i would be able to lose weight too. I know I have some brown rice so i may consider consider that in replacement of the white rice. I would want to control my consumption actual of carbohydrates. I know I can I would be determined to do so. Anyways, maybe I would start eating Quaker oats once again. Although I don't feel satisfied eating quaker only. I don't feel full. So I hope I can come up with some healthy meals.
