My present supervisor told me that he wanted to see some transactions with his bank account because there was a time that he tried to withdraw an amount but the atm did not dispense the amount and when he checked the receipt, the amount was deducted from he balance. I asked him if he already reported the case to the bank and he said yes and that is why he wants to see if it was already credited back to his account. He was excited when I told him that he can actually view his transactions online. I assisted him in opening an online account. Not long after, he was able to view his entire transactions with the bank and he already knew that the amount was credited back to his account. It's really good to know some things about online matters. I am also happy I was able to help.

It sure feels so good when you get to help and impress someone with your knowledge. Hitting two birds with one stone, oh yeah! :) Online banking is really a big breakthrough and somehow one of the most important service the banks has ever provided for their clients. Gone are the days that you have to be physically present in the bank just to transact some repetitive and mundane transactions like paying bills or ordering heck books; both of which are now transact-able online. Now if only our banks here will also provide the same service in other countries where they have a drive-thru service. It would be so cool if only you will need to get you bank book updated. No more hassle of falling in line.

I am really happy about it. Actually the very first thing I taught him when I came to this place, a month ago is to know the prices of new gadgets, especially cellphones. He was really happy to got new ideas. Actually, our present place of assignment has no atm machine around, so this online banking is really a big help for him.

I have never used online banking ever. I don't know how safe it is for me in this crazy world. People can get in your account and rob all your money.

We just have to be very careful. I told my supervisor about that already. The proper entry of the site and also about those emails who might just required him to log in in some scam sites. Well, I just taught him about the basic transactions such as viewing of current balance and previous transactions. This way he will not be going to the bank anymore to check if the salary and other benefits has been credited already to his account.

Well I am glad that you were able to assist your boss with that. A lot of people are using online banking means to get things done and so that they can see things a lot easier. It's much easier then calling the bank and listening to the automated thing in most cases, or having to talk to a representative.

It's good to have an Online Banking facility. We can access our account 24/7, and do not have to wait for the bank opening hours to get some information or even to do some transactions with our own bank accounts. Very convenient and save us time too.
