I cannot wait till begging agressively is illegal here. Too many homeless beg and then steal. One person a friend told me has been begging for over 30 years for money for drugs. It is possible to get you life back on track of you are homeless. You don't have to beg aggressively, attack people because your not satisfied with the money they give you. I was riding on the bus yesterday when I saw 4 people begging on one side of the street. There are jobs available, but you have to put time and effort to going out and getting yourself a job. You may not like it, but you can feel good about working for what money you do make. I know people who are homeless that have gotten jobs or are going to school to get jobs. If you beg for easy money, you refuse to put the time and energy into getting back on your feet. One time, I got a response from someone whose husband owns a restaurant. Someone came up to him begging for money, he was offered a job and asked how much he would get paid. The restaurant owner replied that the beggar would make the same as the job he was offered. The beggar said "I make more money begging!" Those who beg can work but refuse. I know that there are homeless in every country. Should begging and violence be tolerated? Would you like someone who could have very bad intentions come up to your house under the pretense of begging with evil intentions in mind in your house? I heard that a millionaire dressed as a homeless person to beg and make more money. People beg who get checks every month, have houses, nice cars, etc, your going to condone men and women begging using their children to make money? That will never stop! There needs to be a solution in every country to stop people from begging.

In fact, they are thinking 'begging' is a 'job' without any investment even work. They have to just get sympathy from others and so it is easy job. Here too in our country, beggars own their house, bank balance, etc etc what a jobed person don't have now a days. They are just lazy and never change themselves how much money they are offered. Only if there are strict laws which punish the people begging, it can be controlled. Eradicating it in total is very very hard.

I think it is okay to beg money for food and I think people who are lazy should try to earn money by working rather than begging.

No, begging is always begging. If someone asking for food, providing them the way they can earn food in future is the wise way. Instead offering them one time food, their life time is good.

I think it is good idea to provide way that they can earn food in the future. Most probably this will help them to earn more and to have food every day.

This is obviously quite unacceptable and I am very abrupt with anyone who attempts to ask me for money in an intimidating way. I usually react very strongly because these people will also approach timid members of the public and the whole idea infuriates me. However, it is very difficult when someone is begging in the street without behaving in an aggressive manner because despite the fact that we all know many people make a living this way, there are genuine people out there are do need help. I would offer help to anyone in genuine need, but since it is so difficult to decide who is genuine I possibly ignore some people that I should be helping.
