Slaughter during the Batman Premiere

Many people was shocked on the recent incident in US regarding a guy who randomly shot at the crowd inside a cinema theater. An act of violence which people ask themselves what kind of influence did the guy went through that turn him a killer. The parents. The brothers and sisters. The cousins. Everyone related to him. I am wondering what kind of people are they? This should be something related to his background and the peers around him.
I am now wondering. Is there a way we can prevent this kind of violence from children? Can a government do a part to it?

Shocking story indeed that transpired in what is supposed to be a peaceful gathering in a moviehouse to watch the premier of the batman movie. I really do not know what is in the mind of the perpetrator since he was clean in terms of criminal activity since he was even studying a very hard course. I think there is something wrong with the way he thinks and I hope that it was not his family that influence him to be like this. I think it is the environment that at times makes a person do the unthinkable acts.

The family is a great factor. If his family cares for him or raised him religiously well, it could have not happened. The guy must be a non believer who doesn't fear to take lives. He could be clean of criminal records but his personal acts must be something bad.

I read somewhere on the net that the family is a very closed family and religious too. But I do not know what influenced this guy from following the few who have done this. It must be the environment where he lives that influence him to be like this. I think a psychiatrist can better understand his situation though.
I am just afraid that he could plea for insanity in all of these and get away with the proper dispensation of justice to the victims of this massacre.

It is really really sad. This things should not happen. How can a person be so cruel and barbaric. He is a pure evil. I mean killing people at movie theatres is just so bad. People go there to have some some fun time with their friends and families and they get killed there. Its very very sad. That person should be punished heavily. That person is sick. I heard from the news that he had set up a booby trap inside his apartment so that whoever try to enter that will be blown away. I mean what was he so mad about, why was he doing all these things.
