Diet plans to lose weight?

Struggling to fit in your jeans? Couldn't stand exercise? well, I'm experiencing the same thing. can you share some diet tips or your experience that helps lose weight. I am actually starting brisk walking every morning and I've cut down on softdrinks. What about you?

i must say i am struggling for the same thing. i have an event 2 months away and i certainly don't want to look fat or clumsy. i too am lazy about exercising though i know it is the only best thing that could help me burn extra calories fast. i am fond of aerobics and am planning to incorporate the same in my routine. i would suggest you to drink a lot of water as it would make you feel full cutting down your craving for food and at the same time it would clear away toxins from your body.

My diet plans to lose weight are eating more on fruits, vegetables and less rice. As much as possible I try to move more often and dance everyday for 30 minutes to burn fats and calories. Belly dancing has a big help in losing weight at the same time it help to shape my body especially on my tummy. It hard to main a diet plans but with proper discipline and good motivation you achieve your goal to lose weight.

The only thing I do is to lessen carbohydrates intake. More on balance diet, like if you eat meat plus veggies.

I think you are doing the good start. I would say diet plans to lose weight is simple. I have done it and the most important thing is self-discipline. Once you setup a plan, make sure you are following it without fail. Higher your target and work for it. For instance, you can turn brisk walking into jogging or do more exercise which you can handle. I am sure you will get what you want finally.
