FIREWORKS LIGHT UP THE london sky over the olympic stadium as danny boyle's opening ceromony extravaganza reached a fever pitch on friday night.makin the start of the 30th edition of the summer olympics.from the queen to james bond to the red arrows.it was a magnificent tribute to the best of britain an unforgetable three hours filled awe and exitement comment how feel about olympic an commet why olympic games held in london...is it a suitable place for olympic?

The opening ceremony was excellent. The theatrical and the musical aspects of the ceremony were of a very high standard. The creation of the Olympic rings was spectacular. But my favorite moments were the glimpses of British humor in the James Bond clipping and the queen jumping out of the helicopter. Of course, there was also Mr. Bean doing his bit!! Cheers! Ram

Best Opening I have ever seen. the only thing missing was Doctor Who! But I am sure I did hear the Tardis sound during the music through the ages number but then I could have just been going mad lol

Unfortunately I couldn't see it as I was working then, but the parts I've seen were really magnificent, but tasteful and fun. We need some glamour in our lives every now and then, and I'd love to be present at one opening ceremony once!
