I've discovered a way to travel through time without a machine!

Ladies and Gents... I've discovered a way to travel through time without a machine! I call it "sleep". It's a wonderful way to travel forward... letting you skip between a few seconds to a couple of hours a day. Heck, I was even able to skip 16 hours at one time! The headache's a real pain though. I discovered it during this time of depression. And I remember how my little brother used to do it. The wonderful thing about sleep is that you can revisit the past or experience alternate realities. While sleeping, you can be whoever you want in this alternate dimension. So try it. It's easy. And if you get used to it and do it moderately (5 to 8 hours), you'll feel better.

haha, you are funny, but to be honest, sleeping is so good beause we can relax ourselves by sleeping. you can dream that you are in any place in the world or universe. so it must be very interesting when you have a very funny or fantacy dreams. when you wake up, you will know all is dream and you are still interested in it.

I do like to have some sleep as well. I try to get around 6 to 8 hours of sleep a day. It's the best time of day to give your brain and mind some rest that your body needs. There are times where I like to dream and other times where I don't like to dream because it is a nightmare. It really is amazing and unique what kinds of dreams that your mind comes up with when you are actually asleep.

I do enjoy my sleep but I never remember if I had a dream, so it's hard to say where do I travel during my sleep ...

Cool right? LOL . I also love sleeping. When i feel sick, i just try to sleep without any medicines. It kinda works for me you know. I hate drinking medicines. When i can still control the pain, i sleep instead of drinking pain reliever or something. I don`t know if that is bad for my health though. Like what you said dreaming is actually a recall or if you want something to happen, you can actually control it and make it happen inside your head. I can`t do it frequent though maybe i am not good in control. Before i sleep all i do is think of what i want and i cant turn it into my dream

In a sense, this is true. But even while we're awake, we could still 'time travel' if we wanted to. I mean, we could focus our thoughts forward in time or back in time. And I think 'traveling' while you're awake would be more fun. When you're asleep, there's almost always that possibility that you won't remember where you traveled to :)

you are right^^ sleep is a way to travel. i like to sleep cause when we sleep we rest. its like we are not worried. and its like you say we can travel. sometimes in my dreams im in places i never been before. so its strange but is cool. im happy that you slept enough and felt better. depression is not good at all. its great that you rest and feel ok now. you should sleep 8 hours a day. thats the best so you wont feel so depressed^^

I have skip lots of time with sleep. I dont know but I always feel sleepy when the time is at 1pm and 9pm. When I woke up it feels like I just sleep only for 5 minutes :D Sleep is my medicine when I feel my day was bad. I will take nap and rest my mind, forget all my problems. It works, mostly.

I have never travelled through time when I was sleeping. If you means dreams,I think sometimes we can have a lot of strange experiences in dreams. But when i was tired,I just slept without dreams,I want to know if we have dreams every night or sometimes we just can't remember what we dreamed.

Yeah, I also enjoy sleeping. I usually meet my high school friends when I sleep. I dream of them often. It's really nice going back to that time. I feel like I'm young. I miss my friends so when I dreamt of them, I'm so happy the next day.
