When was the last time you shed a tear?

I want to believe that I'm by far a tough woman but still I'm human and I'm not exempted from crying. We have this notion that tears bring about sad feelings or better yet, we're too overjoyed that we can't help but cry instead. As for me, I make it a point to shed a tear once in a while for no particular emotion or reason at all. Whenever I'm into that situation, it makes me stronger to face whatever will come my way.

hi tetris! Just few weeks ago when my grandma passed away, it seems I shed a tub full of tears. It's just so hard to accept the fact that she's gone. It's really hard to let go and crying is my only way out to ease the pain. I guess that's the purpose of tears, to let go of the hurt that we are feeling when we are so down. And there's nothing wrong with it.

Hello jakie18, So sorry to hear about your grandma. It must have been so hard for you. I don't have any grandmas anymore both on my mother and father's side. I'm not really a grandma's pet or whatever you call that but I remember when I was about 12 or 13 years old, I always go to my grandma's house, which is two houses away from ours, and help her on whatever she needs during dinner. She had a stroke so it's a little difficult for her. Sometimes she tells me stories or we're just silent watching the news. When I was starting to get close to her, God took her away. I felt really bad at that time but I can't do anything. I guess it had to happen so sudden at the time when I'm not too involved so that it won't hurt me big time. I miss her and sometimes I talk to her especially at times when I'm down. I know she's still there to watch over me.

The last time I shed tears was when my son got a burn accident. That was almost 5 months ago. I remember how painful it was seeing him hurt and I really want to replace him on his condition. But I thank God for He gave us strength as always and we successfully passed that most painful experience I ever had.

Hi Tetris, I am actually a very emotional person, most of the time I cry every time there is a sad situation.. to be in particular during watching movies or televeision. But just a week ago I really shed so much tears when me and my partner were talking about my father. It felt so bad that day that I had to remember my father and his absence. Maybe I was just longing for him that I couldn't stop my tears. It just saddens me that I have to undergo those pain that I am feeling. I am on the verge of so many problems and it would be a great help f he's around, but I guess that it will not be possible to experience a father image on our house.

Hello emdjay, You can always talk to him in your silent time and tell him everything that pains you. It would help you in a way to release all the anxieties you have. He may not answer back but I believe he can somehow give you strength like he always does when he's still around. Continue to pray and be safe always.

Honestly, I think that I am a strong woman as well. However, there are plenty of times in my life that I do cry because of things that are going on in my life. I can honestly say that the last time that I cried was about three weeks ago when the father of the three children that I had been fostering told their uncle that I couldn't come to see the kids. I had the kids at my house for a while and actually was still supposed to have temporary custody of them, however, I couldn't tell their father that he couldn't see them. He picked them up for a "few" days and has not let me see or talk to them since that time.

It must have been so sad on your part. I can say that I feel for you but in a different situation. I had to separate myself from my nieces and nephew because of some misunderstandings way back then. It was really hard for me since I've been very close to them and treated them like my own. It made me remember those nights that I've been crying myself to sleep. Anyway, past is past and now I'm reunited with them again. Hope you'll find the courage to face this little bump. Good luck!

I usually don't cry but when it comes to my boyfriend, I cry easily. He doesn't make me cry though lol. I just have so many feelings for him that if something happens, I cry good or bad. He'll send me really cute texts sometimes that make my eyes get all watery, I actually think he did this yesterday and I cried a little because it was so sweet. The day before that I had to drop him off at his army base so he could go to school in Oklahoma and I had to go to where I live in Florida, of course I cried when I had to leave him. I'm normally a strong girl but I have a weakness for him and I'll cry at the littlest things when it comes to him. Sometimes I wish I could be a little tougher but I just can't help it.

It sounds like you really love your boyfriend so much that it almost always made you cry. But you don't have to worry about that, I think it's just your way of showing how your love for him overflows that tears start to roll down your face. Good luck on your relationship and stay happily in love with each other.

i would say, i cry from time to time because i miss a lot of people in my life. i miss my boyfriend who is thousands of miles away from me, my friends and my nephew is always far from me. i cry when i think about my nephew and boyfriend because i miss and love them so much. and also because i am so unhappy here feeling so alone. a few months ago was the worst. i would cry so hard, everyday, every night, and just all the time.... i don't wanna go back to that time anymore...

I used to cry over small incidents as well when i was 10-12 years old but nowadays i have cried anytime, maybe i guess i haven't shed a tear for 2-3 years now, these days while watching sad movies i become emotional but also i control myself from crying as i guess it's embarissing to cry watching movies especially if you are a boy!!!That's just my opinion!!

i don't really show my emotions when i am with a bunch of people. i usually cry when i am just all alone. i also cry with no reason at all. :) the last time i cried was when i was watching a variety show called "hello baby". i was watching the last episode when they started to depart their selves with the babies i suddenly cried.

I often cry especially when the situation is very contradictory to me. I cry for that reason because I can't accept that that certain situation didn't go as I planned.

i really forget it becuase i hardly cry since i come into middle school, sometime i felt sad when i meet something bad or someone i really hate. but i never cried. it is difficult to me to cry in front of others, but when i am alone, maybe at night, in my bedroom, when i think something that makes my sad, i will cry but no one knows it. the last time is 2006 when i am a middle school student, but i forget why, now i hardly cry.
