As i am on holiday this week i indulged in a few too many brandy's the other night. My wife went to bed around 10:30pm and i mylotted and finished the bottle.
Around 1:30am i decided to listen to some music on my earphones. I started to get quite concerned as the sound quality was very muffled. Eventually i had them at full blast and still it was poor sound quality. My wife came bursting in the door and ripped the headset of ears and i was nearly deafened by the noise.
She was furious! and no wonder, the house was shaking to the volumne.
The moral of the story? when drunk remember to plug the jack from your earphones into the stereo.
What is the most embarressing thing you have ever done when under the influence of alcohol (or drugs)?

I have that problem every weekend, we go out drinking and then we get home and crank the stereo, to me it never seems to get loud enough but I'm sure to my neighbors it's enough, though nobody ever complained....oh yeah, once a couple years ago but the guy was a jerk anyways

About ten years ago...in my indulgent life (before I knew the error of my ways)showing up for work at 4:30 in the afternoon, RATHER than 4:30 in the morning...and attempting to kick all the patrons out of the PUB as they shouldn't have been there at 4:30 in the morning! It's still a laugh, on this small Island, 'cuz I knew everyone!

Yes...lol..it is. They took a picture with me but didn't want me to put it on the internet. It was against their religion to do pictures...but I suppose they were living it up that night because the drinking thing is too.
They had parked their buggy two blocks away...but they hadn't planned on meeting me wanting to see it.
I don't see Amish people where I am from so I was curious about them.

Only you, ajk111!
I guess I wouldn't remember - I was too drunk - ha ha. Once I had one too many cups of sake at a Japanese restaurant with friends . . . next thing I knew I woke up on our friend's couch - after passing out for many HOURS. Another time I was with my boyfriend and his friends . . . we were all vacationing on an island and I had some super mai tai's (that I remember) . . . but then I was told later that we had conversations about "pepperoni" (can't remember) . . . but til this day the boys bust up laughing when we talk about "pepperoni" and I don't know what the heck the inside joke is!!!
Next time I think you should share your brandy with your wife!
