but i would not take it seriously because i don't plan to sell houses. i am not good in those things. and i am quite a shy person. maybe not a shy person, but not just confident with the way i talk. i don't think that i am good enough in talking and explaining things why they should buy what i am going to offer. so selling is not my strong points. i would not do anything with selling. i would rather do something else than to sell .

Who asked you to attend this seminar? Well if that is about real estate I guess you can make lots of money out of it if you really would take it seriously. But of course you have to take it seriously to really earn from it. I know some real estate agents are not that talkative. I noticed some are just standing there and giving away pamphlets around. 
But if you happen to get an interested buyer then that is another story.
