the asphalt road near us has been showing signs that the local government should repair the road with new asphalt once again. it was not more than 4 months when they had made some repairs on the road. it just shows that the local government or any one responsible with the project used cheaper materials so that he would make a lot of profits out of the project. so specially now there is typhoon this would add more problems with the traffic.

That is frustrating to know that another of people's money is wasted again and needs to be repaired. I think the contractor of that project should repair that for free since it did not last that long. I hope COA would took notice and investigate this thing so no more government funds would go to waste on this one.

There goes our tax money!
I hope COA would be able to check why a major project such as this, with depreciation/depletion of years will need a whole new set of budget appropriation for the next year or two. But then, that's only a small part of a bigger problem.
