so many people are stranded

because of the heavy rains a lot of people are already on their roof because of the high water. even if their houses have second floors already. although not all of the city are submerged in high floods. but some areas are. thankfully our place is no longer submerged in water before it was 5 years back. it was awful experience. although it is not a typhoon, but the volume water from the rains has made this such impact.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing such difficult weather. You are having so much rain and in the USA, some areas are experiencing extreme drought. The weather is not cooperating at all these days.

We really cant avoid it specially if the place is already prone to floods, our area is also flooding though not the street i live on but those surround us specially along the highway which a lot of commuters are stranded, i cant even go to the market to buy some food oz they said floods there is already above knee and im afraid of getting leptospirosis.
