It's been a long, hot summer. Global warming

This has been the hottest summer ever for the United States lowest 48 states. Lots of people are screaming "global warming". I'm the kind of person who has to see it to believe it. Well this summer has gone a long way toward making me believe. So I'm fighting back! As we creep toward fall I am keeping my eye pealed for end of summer bargains. I've found great deals on sleeveless tops, skirts and shorts. I have dedicated the stuff I have to working in the yard and camping. Soon I will be more prepared for the predicted long hot summer next year. What, if anything are you doing to get adjusted to "climate change"?

For some odd reason I believe, all four seasons are just being pushed to a later date. That's not to say that Spring would have 100 degree weather (or 30+ for celsius), but having Fall with nearly perfect weather of 70 degrees seems all to real to me.

Yes they are. Fall is definitely a nice change from the horrible storms we have in the summer lately.

I think we are in for a rough time ahead and I hope I am wrong. I try and plan my days so that I am not out during the hottest times of the day Here is Texas it is 100 almost every day especially in the late afternoon. On a positive note, I think this is a great opportunity for business and science to make strides in all areas of the economy, agriculture and health. Happy lotting!

I totally agree! Among other things my garden is doing extraordinary things! My tomatoes and peppers are producing more than ever before. And my Honey crisp apple tree is producing two years after planting! It's not supposed to do that. On a side note when people in Minnesota say they want to move to Texas because of the cold I tell them "you don't want the heat". They have the ignorance to argue the point!

It has been nice here in the Seattle area without any Rain, and warmer than normal temperatures a lot of the time. I have heard people saying now watch the Winter will be extremely rough for everyone after this, and I am hoping it is not true. Well, everywhere is winding down and so we will see what life brings from here.
