When I was young, I loved going to department stores with my parents. When I wanted something and they had some money, they bought what I really liked. I loved buying toys when I was a kid. The most memorable toy I asked my parents to buy was my Polly Pocket. It was really special to me because it's shape is that of a book then when you open it, you would see something like a princess' palace. Inside, you would see two small dolls and a pony with a carriage. You would also see a bedroom, living room, bathroom, dresser, stairs, playing area, fountain, and the pony's home. I really love this pocket-sized toy of mine. It was the toy I loved the most when I was a kid. I'm just sad I wasn't able to keep it. My nephew's cousin asked for it and I gave it. I felt sad because I should have kept it. I'm just wondering if that girl who had it is still keeping it right now. I hope so. How about you? What was the toy you loved the most when you were a kid? Where is it right now? Do you still keep it? Good day to all. :)

I actually didn't have a lot of toys when I was a kid. My most favorite "toy" was a doll that my mom sewed. She was a simple thing - yellow polyester skin, black button eyes, pom pom nose, yarn hair - but I absolutely loved her. She might have gone through several name changes, but I remember "Marianne". I used to make clay food for her and sometimes we'd sew her some simple outfits. I believe it's still at my parents house - but in a bag with the rest of my stuffed animals. I am in the process of "letting go" a lot of things - and I'll have to think about what her fate will be!!

Oh, I think your favorite toy was really special to you because it was made by your mother. It might be simple but it was made with love. I like the name of your doll because I have a best friend with the same name, Marianne. Really the same spelling. :) It's good if it's still in your parents' house. Whatever decision you may have on what to do with your doll, maybe, you should take a photo of it first so you could remember her. If you do that, you could treasure the image of your most loved toy when you were still a kid. That was what I wasn't able to do before, to take a photo of my beloved toy. If I could only turn back time. Good day to you. :)

I didn't get to keep it as well, but the toy I loved the most when I was a kid is a talking doll. There is some kind of a disc inside it where you can interchange it so the doll will giggle, laugh or cry. I think my parents gave it to me when I was five years old. My niece has a doll called Baby Alive which we call her Hannah. It was a resemblance of my doll then but it's more like an advance toy because there are sensors on her cheeks, stomach and hands. If you touch the cheek, the doll will say something or will ask you to kiss her. It's very cute and expensive.

I think your most loved toy when you were a kid was really cool. It could do some things and maybe you were so happy when you heard it crying, laughing or giggling. I also know the prety dolls named "Baby Alive." I also like to have that even though I'm already old. I think I saw that one before in some TV commercials and I also think they are so cute. It's good your niece has one. You're right, I think it's expensive. Since I'm not a little girl anymore and I don't have Baby Alive, maybe if I'll have a baby girl in the future, I would buy her if I would have enough money to buy it. :) Have a good day. :)

I had a lot of toys when I was young. As long as I can remember, I had one Barbie doll. Haha. Just one. My uncle fom Texas gave it to me so it was special. I really loved it that time. I seldom touched it so that it wouldn't get dirty or destroyed. Unfortunately, we moved to other houses so I didn't know where my parents put it and I forgot about it. I miss my doll. Happy myLotting!

Hello there. It's good you were able to have a Barbie doll when you were young. I also wanted to have some Barbie dolls but I wasn't able to have any when I was young. I wasn't able to ask my parents to buy me one I think. I was more on buying doll houses and stuffed toys before. It's sad to hear you weren't able to keep the toy you loved the most too. Moving to different homes are one of the reasons why people lose some of their favorite things. Just like what happened to you. Good day to you Angel Karah. :)
