I put an offer on a house today. Im hoping that i do get this house and there is to many other offers on it. For the past month and one week i have probably looked at over 50 houses and this is the first one that i have put an offer in. It would be nice to get this one because of the area and the other houses around and its also a newer house and not anything to do to it put move in.
Did u ever put an offer in on a house and how long did it take to hear back from the owner to see if you have been offered the house?
I dont want to wait a long time and would like to know pretty soon.

In my city, usually if I put aa offer to a house and the owner accept my offer, then we can sign a contract in the same today and make a confirm at once,we no need to wait any longer, but if I do not like this house enough I will keep in touch with the owner after I make up my mind then I will come to the owner and discuss if that house is available. So dear lologirl,if you like that house absolutely,I think you should be more initiative and come to the owner, confirm with him.

i have never before put in for a house. the house that i am in now is rented. i hear the process can be really grueling. although i did hear that it could take them a while to get back to your, because they may be trying to look up your credit or any other form of red tape that comes along with that process. still, you are just probably really anxious. hopefully, you get the house of that you want.
