So... here lately I have truly grown addicted to online shopping! It was bad before, but it has grown a lot worse! I love DrJays.com to order shirts and little accessories for me and my daughter. I also love zulily.com for little girl's clothing. I even order pizza online and food whenever it is available for me to do so. I only use card numbers over the phone and confirmation codes lol. Smh.. I also work from home so I guess I'll never leave the house again! LOL Do you guys love online shopping too? And where can I get a good deal on electronics and household items? All responses welcome.

Oh my gosh I am the same way!!! I am a big ebayer (you can get movies and books so cheap on there!) But with how much I buy, it adds up! And I need to save money for the last 2 semesters of college, so it's really hard! I have to have a lot of self control right now! Haha. Now I'm trying to sell a bunch of stuff (mostly books, some DVDs soon) to get some extra cash for tuition. I also have another site that I'm addicted to (but I have been neglecting, thankfully) called Cafe Press. You can design yur own products (tshirts, pillows, posters, bumper stickers, magnets, hats, towels, flip flops, etc, etc, etc). It's a really fun site if you like to design your own stuff. If you are okay with your online shopping addiction, def check this site out. If you're trying to slow down on your shopping....STAY AWAY!!!! haha

As I mentioned above, I am not very big on eBay.. I guess because I have never really used it. I would like to learn how though so that I may potentially access some of the great deals the site may have to offer! You are selling DVDs and movies? I am always looking for great deals on those! Do you have a website or email address? You can email me a hyperlink at mizzlaleo@yahoo.com Also, good luck with your academic endeavors =) I remember those days lol And also, I wrote down the Cafe Press referral and I will definitely check that out! I am Bo$$lady of my team.. #TeamNoSleep... www.facebook.com/TeamNoSleepTM .. www.nosleeprecords.org .. www.twitter.com/TeamNoSleepTM .. we just released our first official business cards and now we are looking to start marketing by product and merchandise. Thank you for the great insight!! Thanks for sharing!!

I actually really like ebay because you get Ebay Bucks for every purchase, based on the final amount you pay. You don't get A TON back, but it adds up, especially if you make 1 or 2 big purchases. I am just now watching my LOST Season 1 dvds to make sure they play properly, then I will sell it. So far this is the only DVD I have found that I can part with right now, but I may find more later (when I get even more desperate for money). The only shop I have is my Ebay shop, I will send you the link through the private messages on here, unless it is easier for you if I send it to that email? Thanks!

Cool, I would appreciate that. Either or is fine. I don't check my private messages here that often, though, and I may receive the link quicker by email. =)

I don't really do much shopping in general. I've done online shopping with eBay and also DrJays.com for my son's hats. I restrict all my online transactions by using my Paypal account only.

I tried eBay before in the past and I guess because I am not familiar with its setup and warranty process, I am a bit iffy about trying it. Also, why do you only use Paypal? I have a Paypal account and it is kind of an inconvenience for me. I may have something from an online task/job I've done deposited into my Paypal acct if it is the only option, however I will withdraw it straight to my bank account. Furthermore, it always takes a few business days for this tedious process. =/ Thanks for commenting and sharing your thoughts!!

I suppose mainly because I do not like to put my credit card information online. If a site does not accept Paypal, I just don't shop there online. That's probably why I use eBay; I can find good bargains, and using Paypal is considered instant payment there.

I guess I never use sites like eBay or Amazon because I'm not very good at bidding =/ I have only been good at bidding on Bidz.com which you can find really cool jewelry and electronics there cheap every second of every day. I got a cool silver green lantern ring for $1.20 lol How does eBay really work if you don't mind me asking? You seem like an experienced user.

I can say that I have never bought any books online unless they were college textbooks for the universities I attended. I have never purchased any fictional books online, but I do have a BookNook at Barnes & Nobles online where they always give away free books =). I have not had the leisure time to check any of them out thus far, but I plan to soon when it starts to get colder outside and I am searching for fun indoor hobbies to keep me occupied =) Thanks for sharing your views!!

I also love online shopping because it is very convenient. Most of the times, I buy stuffs online for my online shop. I don't really buy gadgets and electronics online because my husband wouldn't want to. He said, it is still much better to buy at malls or registered distributors where is accessible to us in case it won't work.

I can agree with you both. @rehanashraf there are lots of pros and cons to online shopping and we can sit and list them all day.. however it can be more convenient at times and save you money. Especially if you shop regularly at places like Walmart.. where there are 30 registers and only 5 open and it stays crowded. Not only do you save time by just googling whatever you are searching for and going from there, but you save gas lol by not having to visit the store physically. Also, most of the time.. items that are available in store (unless on clearance or close out).. are available online. So, also time would be saved (if you were reluctant and had doubts), if you were to just visit the store to inspect the item to declare your purchase and search online to see if you can find it somewhere else cheaper. In a lot of stores like Sears and Target, computers are available so that you can make that price match comparison. @ayna1227 I couldn't agree more.. as I stated above, I'm not very familiar with eBay, but I am hoping to learn how to navigate the site soon =) Thank you both for sharing your views!!

ONline shopping is not easy matter ,It has some downsides even casual shopping has some drawbacks.online is more suitable like you and other people which houses are located some drive. But other drawback of online shopping we are never checking the physical item which we wish to buy online store, and benefit is we no need to go to market and wasted many hours to surf related things................

Wow you do most shopping online, that's nice. I have never done online shopping as I have heard negative things about it. Just yesterday my neighbor was telling me that she bought a top online and she was very unhappy with it because in the picture it was showing something else and the real one was something else. You are lucky to be so satisfied with your online shopping. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day.

Wow.. yea I presume that my attitude towards online shopping would definitely differ if I were to have had a bad experience with delivery or the merchandise I received. However, I would not even become upset, I would simply contact the manufacturer, inform them that I will be returning the item and request my money back. Most items shipped have 30 day money back guarantees here where I live =) Thank you for commenting!! And you have a nice night .

I love online shopping. I've been doing it for years, i like shopping for great finds. They're usually swim wears, some electronic gadgets and collectors item. Lately, I've stopped shopping online since I got bored staying at home. I'm a stay at home mom and i work from home too. Nowadays I just browse through some shopping sites.

I like to check out local shopping sites and those that are not really well know yet legitimate because they offer great deals because they are still trying to attain clientele, sometimes I really luck up! I just wish there were better deals on shipping for more sites that I visit. Most offer free shipping for the first order and then discounted shipping for any order over a specified amount.. but it's still pretty cool to browse the same items that are available in stores, be able to purchase and have them delivered to your home and if it doesn't work for you, ship it back and more than likely if you call their customer service department, you will be reimbursed shipping if you weren't satisfied! It doesn't really get any better than that!! Thanks for sharing your thoughts!!

WOW, food, clothings, jewelry, etc. I guess you are right that you never have to leave the house again... But I do not order clothes from online...I just have this thing about having to see the items up close and touch them...I truly dislike having to send clothes back...

I can agree with you to a certain extent. More important things like dresses or elegant eventwear, I would prefer to try on.. but anything else like t-shirts, snapback hats, shoes.. I could order and always ship back if I do not like it! lol Thanks for sharing your views!!

Good question for discussion. The only online site on use is amazon and I don;t buy clothes but just about everything else. I have used ebay in the past once in a great while but that is about it. I am awfully tempted by zulily because there stuff looks so cute but every time I go there they are out of what I want so I gave up.

I visit Amazon quite frequently and I have a nookbook there full of free books that I have collected over time from ratracerebellion.com freebies.. however I never have purchased anything from that site. A few years back I tried to sell a few college textbooks to no avail. Maybe I will try again in the near future as I am trying to learn how to utilize eBay. Zulily does have beautiful little girl clothing, though a bit expensive, I think with the quality, it may be worth it =) Thank you for commenting!!
