Good Day everyone.. I feel so good today cause the long training is over. It's fun because our instructor was so joker and it made us feel alert and active and even very enthusiast is participating in the return demo. But it's just that I not really into a long sitting scenario. grrr..:(

Hello to you. It's great your long training was already over. I hope you learned a lot from your instructor. It's good he or she was good in making you and the other trainees feel alive even though you had to seat there for a long time. Even though you don't like sitting for how many hours, maybe you should be patient especially if you really need what you are going to learn in some trainings like that. Congratulations! You were able to make it. Maybe you should take a rest earlier because you might be tired because of the long training. Have a good evening Arianne. :)
