abalos bail for his released?

some critics say that former comelec chairman abalos should not be released because of his case. but i think for me, abalos must be released even temporarily because he is suffered from his medical condition. i know he has a case and sinned a lot to the country but for the sake of humane practice he should be allowed to be temporarily released him because of his condition and i am happy that he was allowed to bail to his prison at southern police district. i know he is ready to face his allegation in full capacity because of his released in the imprisonment until he is proven guilty.

I also heard that the evidence is not that strong that is why the judge has no other choice but to allow them to post bail for his release. I think this along with those that were filed by the admin hastily that is why courts gave in to giving them a chance to post bail.

Hi,
If the crime is not that heinous, then he may avail of the temporary freedom by bailing out. If the prisoner is not in good physical condition he may also be hospitalized under guard of course. The court sees to it that the crime committed is commensurate to the conditions even if the person is not yet convicted and is presumed innocent.
Freedom for a criminal, that is living outside prison, convicted or suspected, is not prescribed if the aforementioned conditions are not met, otherwise the jail warden has to answer for his lapses.
