Ive gottten about 20 emails so far from my new job, none of my jobs in the past emailed us.
Everytime I go through my junk iinbox, I find more. I was going to go try the training, but figured I was too tired.
Their scheduling is so confusing, they have is in excel, and do it so often but dont put the dates.

I've actually never had a job that sent out a lot of emails to us. However, I do think that there is a good reason that they are sending out the emails. You know, some of the emails might have to do with changes in policy, emails that link you to a training seminar that you would need to go over and even schedules.
As far as the way that they do their schedules goes, it might be something that is confusing to you right now, but I bet that you will get the hang of the method before very long.

We get a lot of emails too from my current job, but that is because i have quite a lot of projects from different people. If you are just new in your current job and you get a lot of emails - it is probably an onboarding email, instructions as to where to go, which sites (intranet) you need to visit for policies and procedures, etc. Perhaps you can just clarify which ones you actually need to prioritize.
he he Does your work allow for shifting, because you mentioned about scheduling?

We dont' get training emails, but we do get emails about retirement and benefits. I think you can opt out at any time and get them from the employee website, but that's for our company.
We had to train at the store, of course you're training for a bit different. You think they'd give you a handbook but I suppose this approach is cheaper.
