For the past week now I've been having a bowl of cereal and then cinnamon toast. I'm the type of person who gets hooked onto a food and then I eat it so much I get tired of it. I go through times where I love eating bagels, waffles, pop tarts, cereals, and then after awhile I get tired of eating it. Well lately I've been having cinnamon toast everyday. So far I love it and I hope I don't get tired of it but I'm sure I eventually will lol. I tend to do that when I stick to one food for too long. But lately, the toast has been my breakfast go-to food and i just have to have it in the mornings. What about you, is there anything that you need to have in the mornings?

About 2 months ago when I went shopping I found a new cinnamon bread. I've been toasting it every morning and last week I decided I had to buy 2 loaves because I ran out in between shopping trips. There's only one store I can get it at and it's not near my house but it is where I go shopping every week. So now I have plenty! And I can't seem to get enough. Another cinnamon toast fanatic.

Oh wow, it sounds like something I'd love! I have a hard time finding things like that because all I can ever find is cinnamon raisin and I can't stand raisins lol. Now I'm going to have to look out for this cinnamon bread!

Uh-oh. I'm sorry. There are raisins in it. I don't mind them so I never really pay attention to that. It's the cinnamon I'm after. I buy it at Trader Joe's. I remember one time a year or two ago, I looked all over for plain cinnamon bread and couldn't find any. I know they used to make it because sometimes I would buy a loaf of each. I guess if you want something really good you have to make it yourself.

Aww darn :( I think there was a cinnamon bread my dad used to buy and it didn't have raisins. I haven't been able to find anything like that in a long time. The only bread I know of is cinnamon swirl but it has raisins in it :( Oh well, I'll just keep searching

I'm not really a breakfast person, but I need to have a hot drink in the morning. Usually I alternate between hot lemon water w/honey & spices, hot tea, and coffee. If I actually wake up hungry I try to eat a protein based meal like eggs or Kashi cereal.

I wish I could be like that and have a small, healthy breakfast like that. I'm not much of a breakfast person either, I only eat breakfast when I have to go to work and i know I won't get a break for a long time. But for some reason it seems that I just can't get enough cinnamon toast lol.

Like you, I am the type who would get into something (food-wise), and eat lots of it, until I get tired of it. I remember when I was young, and I would like a certain chip (junk food). I would get the biggest size, and eat all of it, until I can't eat no more. Then I wouldn't crave for it for a long time. And I can relate with the breakfast food. I've been getting the McDonald's oatmeal for a few weeks now.

Well I like to eat all kinds of fruits in the mornings and cinnamon toast sticks and I have to admit that I do not get tired of eating this. I have been on this kick for about 8months and sometimes I will just eat fruit and yogurt and go about my day. I love eating different kinds of food in the morning but this is what I have been eating since it has been so hot lately maybe that is why I am still on this kick with the light meals. I have been told that Mcdonalds oatmeal is so good but have not tried it yet but come tommorrow morning I will stop by and give it a try and I will post how I like it. Thanks, for mentioning the oatmeal as when I was a child I would eat it every morning while no one else in the house would eat it but I loved it.

I don't know why I do it but I just can't get out of the habit of overeating a certain food until I don't crave it anymore. It happens to me all the time until I eventually don't want that food anymore. Maybe I'll try to change up my breakfast a little bit lol. I used to do that with fast food breakfasts too. I love Mcdonald's and their breakfast and sometimes I'll get the same thing over and over. I haven't tried the oatmeal yet, I don't really like fruits and stuff mixed into oatmeal, cereal, or yogurt lol.

Yea there is something I do that is a bad habit for me to break and it's kinda like u except...it's with my house. One week I'll have it a certain way and then the next week I can't stand it and I'll spend a few hours rearranging everything and my hubby doesn't really like that I do that but he's fine with it in the end! I don't know what it is about me or y I do that...but as far as food goes I'll just go back and forth all the time like if I have tomales for my beat or if my mom makes too much she give me like 3 dozens and I'll eat em again till they're all gone and then I won't even stand the smell of them but like the next week after that I won't eat them not till like a month later haha! I have eaten roman noodles for a long time because at job corp I didn't like most of the food so I would eat roman noodles for supper everyday but it didn't bother me like it does now, I wounder y..but it does now that I'm older. If I were to have roman noodles for three days in a row I would not eat them again for a week! So I guess in a way I am kinda like I in that department hehehe!! Anyways good luck in ur future!
