It is so difficult to work when your boss is not supportive and distrustful of you. In your situation, it is lack of trust in you by your boss that makes him behave in this way despite the fact that you do your best. If your job is in the hand of your boss then you might consider changing the job since it is horrible for you to work anymore under him. However, if he is not your employer then you should contact the appropriate person to discuss your issue with the boss. Stay strong and wish you all the best.

good day sunnyhannah, honestly speaking, it is quite hard to work on that atmosphere. thus, an employee-employer relationship requires a trust. from small things up to the big things, trust must be present within. for without this, it is very difficult to do the work. in your situation, perhaps try to search for another job since you are not being trusted by your superior. it is no point to stay there and satisfy what your boss want.

Oh... that is really demotivated. A boss should learn to trust his/her employees so that we will strive to do our best. I do not know which country you are from, if the economy there is good, easy to find good job, I personally think you should try. However, Do Not leave your job until you got a better offer elsewhere. In my case, I am a very hardworking employee. I will deliver what I promised and I will work more than the working hours to achieve my goal or target. I am self motivated, however I too having lousy bosses who do not trust anyone. In my kind of sales it takes awhile or longer time to close the sales as the employee need to get his/her direct bosses recommendation first, then need to get approval from the Human Resource and only can proceed with the documentation for registration. My bosses are very impatient, keep asking for reports. I have to spend my lunch hour to prepare reports, one before lunch and one before going home. I personally think that I should focus on my sales, not spending time typing reports. He should learn to trust me when the sales figures/volumes is there for him to see.I am really putting my best, to achieve the highest productivity. He even asked me to list out what I did for every hour and minutes, he is really out of his mind . I tender my resignation, I think I deserve a better working place who appreciate my contribution.

hi, Relax, you can tell your boss in advance when you are going out of office. Or set the QQ options as out of office etc. ( i am not used to this QQ). Another option is to reply to him that you work from 9-5 etc and so you are very much in the desk. Changing a job is always a good break.

Building a good relationship with your boss is one important thing. If you think he doesn't trust you or he doesn't recognize your hardwork, then, there's no need to stay and please him. That might not be the right job for you. Try to explore. Working is not just earning money, it is achieving a dream and most of all--being happy:)
