i don't really care much for the new gadgets, they are fun but my life doesn't depend on them. Life is too complicated now, I even prefer music and movies from the 90s and 80s.. Everything is moving too fast in this modern age, all people want are instant stuff...

oh yes, I feel the same. It's not because I am getting older, but life today is no the best. I even found that, not every youth are enjoying the fast pace of this modernization. I've seen many youth who prefers to listen to old songs than the new song of new genre which is mostly noise than a melody. I also saw some youths who choose to play the conventional games that needs physical movements than sitting staring the computer/psp/ps3 games. So, I guess, not everyone and not even young generation appreciates this kind of modern life.

You are a rare kind of your generation that appreciates the older times than in what they are in right now. I was born in the 70s and I missed my childhood days where days were more freer with electronics gadget. Generation of today is always looking into these new gadgets and somehow depended on that.

There are times that we would want the life before. Life that was simple, peaceful, and more enjoyable. But this is like, it keeps rolling and rolling. Things are getting tech-ier as this is the new generation. So people just cant stop but to follow the trend.

People nowadays are into this modern gadgets. Though there are some who still are into the conventional ways. Well, that's because we have our individual differences, lady. As long as you are comfortable with something, then go for it.

Yes, life does move fast in this modern age, and as with most things there are benefits as well as drawbacks to this fast paced age. I tend to like the "simpler times" too BUT...we cannot go back in time, so we just have to do our best to find and enjoy all that we think is beautiful in these current times.

True, although we cannot deny the big help to human that this fast paced life gives, but there are things that is hard to accept. I also love 80's music, the love songs. Our classic songs comes from late 70's and early 90's, now the music is a hit by a few months but easily forgotten cause of the new ones. I wonder how the likes of Lady Gaga, Miley Cirus and Katty Perry got instant fame when they are not really talented, in my opinion. My playlist at my phone is stuck in 80's and 90's. I still want to listen to Backstreet Boys until now more than new pop sensation. My niece would say that's too old and my bf hate me playing old song but that is the music that I love listening to over and over again. I'll never get tired to the music of the 80's and 90's love song.
