is it possible to lose weight in 10 days

i have my cousin's wedding in 10 days from now so can anyone suggest me ways of how to lose weight like 10 lbs in these 10 days its really important for me. Can anyone suggest me a diet excercise pattern or other methods so that i want to lose weight and want to get a good clear skin free of pimples and marks with a clear complexion

I dont think its possible to lose 10 lb in only 10 days . You could probably lose 3 lb without affecting your health . Do some cardio for 15 minutes a day , drink water before , during and after. Less sugar and more yogurt .

If you are obese which is not anywhere near your best, 500g a day is very achievable. The two diets that can achieve these are 1)Slow-carb diet and 2)Intermittent fasting. Both of which are good for long-term health as well.

I think just take veggies and fruits or yogurt for awhile. Anyway, it's just 10 days. You could start exercising too to help burn and block your fats. Good luck in your diet and congratulations to your cousin's wedding. :)

fruits or yogurt? Both of these are high in sugar. Both fructose and lactose have shown to be contributing in fat gain :P

Well, it should be no problem if you follow your living style like this, follow a strict discipline to jog at long distance daily morning, then go to gym if possible and eat vegetables instead of any bakery items that will promote fat, eat healthy in fact don't over eat and make it a habit for the body, drink plenty of water to get body hydrated, wash your face with a cleanser daily morning and at night before you go to bed, i heard that vitamin A is good for your skin consume that contains vitamin A source, when going out use sunscreen lotion to prevent sunburn and other pollution's that cause skin pimple and that will result in loss of complexion. If you follow these step i guarantee you would see the changes in your body drastically.

10 lbs in 10 days? I doubt is there anyway to do it. But you can be sure that you can get clear skin, free from pimples if you do routine treatment for your skin. You can buy some products to help you,but make sure it's a good product for your skin healthy.

yes i can buy products but none of them today are really worthy and are completely full of chemicals so i fear them and find natural bettr

As others have suggested, walking briskly (or jogging) and drinking lots of water every day will help. Also, eat 2 grapefruits every day. Eat vegetables and fruit - not bananas, they will put weight on. Also, this is not a diet prescribed by a doctor, but only by me. Research before starting on any type of weight loss program. The bottom line is healthy choices. 10 lbs in 10 days is just too much. I'll recommend you should not plan for this. It will not benefit you in anyways. Just for looking slimmer than what you are and for that you are sacrificing your health is not a good solution. It will harm you in longer run. You should have plan for this 2-3 months before. Law of weight loss says that you should aim to loose weight in a manner that you overall health, metabolism and enthusiasm to continue increases in positive direction. I am sure you will look good carrying any weight if you know yourself and if you know how to carry your personality. For your skin free from pimples you can try some ayurvedic medicines or "hamdard Safi". There are many face packs available these days in parlors suiting your requirements and your skin types. You can try those.

concerning my health point of view i kno its nt advisable to lose 10 lbs in 10 days bt nw i hav urgency thats y im planning of. i know i do get effectd with digestive problems n all. so i m still thinking to start off. and safi is a gud idea but i dont think it gives a change in 10 days it does take time.

Let me first just advise you none of us are doctors here, so we can't exactly advise you properly. Anything you may do that we suggest, should be taken with that advisory in mind. HOWEVER, you could basically starve your body by going on a fruit and juice diet. That means no real meats. Fruits with an egg in the morning, juice throughout the day. Yogurts, but mostly fruits. This should help you slim down AND clear your skin up.

Well, extreme dieting for 10 days may be bad for your health but I think as long as you eat the right food and exercise, you'll do well. Just eat fresh fruits and vegetables and protein (few meat is not bad, besides you need protein for energy). Remember to drink plenty of water, warm water is preferred but cold water is a no-no. Cold water can hardened the oil in the foods we eat which in turn becomes fat. Also, remember to exercise at least 30 to 60 mins a day. you can exercise for more hours as long as your body can handle it.

Well do you drink 8 glasses of water everyday,and believe it or not but walking long distance help to lose weight. Don't go start jogging, jogging is hard on the angles joints it slowly wears them out, and if you have a not good diet can bring you to a heart fealure like it happened to a lot, people think that there is a miracle to get slimmer fast, you sure want to keep being slim afterward don't you, eat a balance meal, you should not need to have two serving of a full plate, and desert you can have some but not twice, the problem is a lot of people think that going back twice won't make them overweight which will if you don't burn the excess of energy that you consumed, so that mean they will never loose weight. Diet would be a nice plan. Less carbo to zero carbo (carbohydrates). Though it is not advisable, I think. She may have it coupled with light exercise. Looking good on the wedding day would be a good thing. Thanks

You certainly can lose weight in 10 days just by eating only fresh vegetables and maybe some protein drinks. I think you skin will get worse though. As you eat healthier the toxins will be forced out of your body. They rid themselves through your kidneys and out through urine and also out through your skin. Drink lots of water and stay totally away from sugar.

Hello, as far as what I know I am having weight problem too, hard to lost weight, but losing it I n 10 days wow! Such a great success. but friends say easy to lost is easy to gain, it has side effects wherein you immediately or forcely condition your body to achieve such weight. Maybe you just do it slowly but surely, just be more conscious to your health than losing weight.... Drinking l ots of water, eating fruits and veggies, Quaker oats meals will some tips.... i honestly tried a pill and it worked for me.. :/ i was much in a hurry to lose weight for an occasion so I've searched ways.. then i discovered this pill which had me lose half kl. in 2 days yeah:/ it worked well for me,,no vomiting, no dizziness, no palpitations, no stomachaches headache or etc.. :/ i still take it now, like alternates.. but i will stop it when i reach my goal weight.. goodluck on yours ;)

miracle wont happen over 10 days , you need to eat on time. have good sleep do not sleep during the noon times. then you start your workouts then you see the differences.

amritha your doctor would yell at you do not do that as ou will just gain it all back slow steady weight loss will stay lost. surely you c an find a gorgeous wedding dress that will flatter you the way you are now. my doctor says do not lose more than 6 pounds in a month and have a life plan of eating not a diet but something thats healthy and not fattening for the rest of your life.

Well,10 days is short time.I am afraid if your cousins too push to lose weight he will be sick and get the medicine.So he can't celebrate the wedding.Do it wisely.My advice : in the morning do some exercise and sport such as : jogging,walking to burning the calorie.Reduce your dinner portion.Don't eat some junk food or fast food.Eat some health food and consume fruits.Good Luck..

Hi Amritha. It is possible to lose 10 lbs in 10 days, try to research about crush diet. But I'll be bluntly honest with you. It is not good for the health and it may be dangerous. It may cause gall bladder stones as well as gastric ulcer. My friend, the recommended weight lose per week is only 2 lbs. So I suggest you take it slow.
