Some people have the habit of talking loudly and they pretend us that they know everything and there is no one in the world like them. But the fact is that they are only good in talking but are not doing anything, just go on talking. I a person of a words like this and not of deeds is like a garden full of weeds. What do you think?

Nice rhyme indeed , a man of words and not of deeds.
I don't understand the metaphors at the middle of the song but , the start and the end has a point : If one can just talk and talk , and can't do what he talks about , it explodes up in his face when people see he just talks and can't do.
This discussion doesn't let me to leave a long comment but posting text is the only thing I can do here.
I must say people need verbal skills as much as they need other skills. You will probably won't get accepted to a job or get to know people if you only know how to do your thing right. You need to know how to talk about it , like in a job interview...One needs to talk the talk even more than walk the walk. That's my opinion.

They are boastful and conceited people. I don't like these people. I still prefer a man of few words. They seldom talk but when they talk they give brilliant ideas. Happy myLotting.

Our society is vast with people having mixed personalities and attitude. Doing our day to day activities, we encounter a lot of people and some of them are those that you mentioned above. In my own experience, I just let them brag all day long. This kind of person is insecure and would like to show the world what he is not. Bragging is his self-defense mechanism to counter the feeling of insecurity.

You are right, I too talk loudly. But i do not know any thing,some people do like that. They pretend every they know,once my friend is also like that.There are different types of people in the world some body speaks with low voice and some body speaks with loud voice.But I do not say that i know everything,have a nice day.

Thanks for the response, well said.Now a days some people are thinking that they are genius and they can speak on any subject,but I do not have that much capacity to speak on any subject. I am an ordinary person and I like to be what i am, this is good I think. There are different types of people in the world,have a nice day.

SOme people can really be braggarts. They tend to brag about things they have in life but not their achievements as a good person.
I would rather be known for my achievement through other people than tell the people about it, myself. So shameful !

I called it up a coward if a person say's and do not do? its for me a coward, I might hurt or offend it up, IF we say it yes and have an agreement to do and act what we meant it up its not we lie to that person its all a crime infront of our God that would be based in Biblical we also called it up hypocrite. but in real world people do this just to impress their selfs to other people to get attention etc. or what might that the intention still its bad habit thou.

I got what you mean. People have their own ways in making an impression to others. We can totally judge a person if they are more talk than action if we are close to them. People who are good in talking should also be good in doing. People who are loud and proud are mostly pretending to have "know-it-all" personality. People who are just generally loud is another matter.
If ever you are around with people who are just seeking attention, well better use of your time wisely ... be far than listen or be part of their dummies. They just want to be popular or be noticed. The more people notice them, the more they became loud and pretends more.

I usually keep away from people like that! I detect them quite easily if I Am at a party or reunion...they usually have a few people around them...but I won't be one of them! and yes you are right they are like a garden full of weed...lots of green but nothing useful.

Talking of talking too much, I think that it is because of lack of acceptance. This triggers the need to showoff, but works as a put-off. Believe me, I know all about it. Only, if I had the skill of a doer and my typing skills were passably good, there would have been 200 page response. Otherwise I am the original rambler of myLot.

Persons like that are just made of nothing but mere words. And sad to say but they exist anywhere. They like to be the. Enter of attention and says a lot more than what they can do or hey have accomplished. I just don't mind these people. Sooner or late here will be an opportunity for them to prove their worth and soon enough everyone will see their deceit.

A person of words is a person who does what he says. If that person is just good in talking but not good in doing what he's trying to say then he's just a proud and egoistic person (sounds prejudice) but most cases is like this. Yet, there are still some reasons why people don't do what they say maybe because there imagination is too high than they can't put it into reality. Yes, right that a person who talks a lot and made a lot of promises but never do it is just like a cloud who brings rain but did not comes out.

We all have different kind of attitudes and personalities. In my case I appreciate those people who have few words but more in deeds... It's annoying sometimes but I guess, I have to hold my horses..:)

It so happens that we have many people in this world, who show that they can do a lot of things. However, they only talk, and they use some other person(s) for their own personal gains. Somehow, they rake up sympathy from others for their cause. The genuine people who do not pretend do not get any such sympathy.
It is unjust, but it happens. However, we people can change this, and look beyond a person's mere talk, and see what action he or she can actually take.

Oh my goodness, I have to admit that people that will talk all the time and act like they know everything are people that definitely drive me insane. My sister-in-law is one of those people that will talk about anything and everything and she will never hear anyone tell her that she isn't right about something.
In fact, that is one of the reasons that I really have a hard time being around her on a regular basis.

These people are what we call the "know-it-all" types of people. They are more often than not, very annoying. I just don't like them. Some people just love to talk or command others but actually just stand somewhere and do nothing. They say that you should walk the talk and not just talk and talk. That way, people will respect you more when your words are accompanied with actions. I really hate people who are just good with words, good at making promises but never really get into the habit of fulfilling these promises or doing what they said they were going to do.

Thats true and sadly you get a lot of people like the like to talk and give there opinions on everything and at the end of the day nothing its pretty sad really. I have found that you get a lot of people like this in all walks of life.
