critics says that the newly elected chief justice is a puppet of the present government? according to them, she might used this pending cases just like in the case of hacienda luisita. to manipulate the decision because she is appointed by president noynoy as the new chief justice. for me, why we do not given cj sereno a chance to proved that she is not a puppet of this government! let's see what will be going to happen to the supreme court if she is the chief justice. let's support her but we must be vigilant in anything that will happened.
