I don't know how to wire my paypal account to mylot.com and it says that paypal doesn't work in my country.. but i have checked everything and turns out that it does ! i am so confused right now.. help me please

Your profile says you are from Thailand and Thailand is listed here: http://www.mylot.com/o/ppcountry.aspx Payao appears to be in the Philippines, however, (which is also on the list of countries which can be paid) so there seems to be some anomaly.
If you have filled in everything correctly here: http://www.mylot.com/nr/editPayment.aspx you should have no problem.

You should note that the Terms say:
"By using the myLot services, you represent and warrant that
(a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate;
(b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information;
(c) your use of the myLot services does not violate any applicable law or regulation; and
(d) you are sixteen (16) years of age or older.
Your myLot account may be deleted and your membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you have violated any of the Terms of Use Agreement. You will not be entitled to any accumulated earnings if your account is terminated for one of the reasons listed above."

I see that I was confused by the spelling! It seems that it is often transliterated as "Phayao", so when I looked up "Payao" all I saw was references to the Filipino town or district!
I think that, in English, we don't have an exact sound for the letter which, in Thai, looks like a "W" with a little curl on the outside of the first stroke. It is probably somewhere between our /p/ (which, in words like "party" is actually slightly aspirated) and our /f/, so it can either be transcribed as "p" or as "ph" (and the official transcription seems to be "ph").

you did not mention, which country you live in.
if PayPal doesn't work in your country. there is no way you can create a PayPal account. even if you did, you won't be able to withdraw your earning. and if you want to earn from Mylot, you need to have a PayPal account.
