Plagiarism

we have read over the news and blogs on how a Senate Majority Floor Leader of the Philippine Senate has been accused of having plagiarized material from Sarah Pope's blog to his privilege speech on anti RH bill issues. It could not have been that way if the Senator just attributed those excerpts to the blogger.
