When you buy things, you take into consideration the brand,or not? Personally,I do not look at the brand,I rather look at the price of the object. That is because I do not have enough money to buy brand things. And even if I had,I am still pretty skeptical about buying brand item just for its name. What's your opinion on this?Do you buy brand items or regular items?

Sometimes, I do. Especially when it comes to shoes. When we will consider the durability of something we better chose those ones which are branded or in other words those with good quality. It is really hard to find something which is of good quality with a cheaper price.

Well, the shoes are the exception to the rule in my case also.Like you said,it is very difficult to get hold of shoes with low prices and high durability.I would spend as much as it's needed to have some shoes that are durable and look good.Often enough, cheaper counterparts don't last as long as the brand items, and you need to buy them again. And then you figure out that you,in fact, spent a lot more money on cheap things.

You are absolutely right. When it comes to shoes, you really have to be wise in buying one. Most especially if you have a long way to walk everyday to work or anywhere else, a branded shoes is advisable.

Yes,it's very important how you promote an item.As it's true that many brand items have good promotion. Most of the things I choose are not branded, because,in my opinion, they are not worth it.But there are things that I choose to use, things that are in a brand.Although this is rare from me,what I get from a brand remains so.

Honestly, it depends on what it is. While price is a big factor in all my purchases - there are things I won't skimp on. I will either wait for the item to go on sale and/or I will save for it or I will just plain do without. Groceries "off brands" often are just as good but you can get name brand groceries with coupond for even less the the "off brand" - I take full advantafe of that when I can!

Well i second your thought. No doubt branded stuffs are better and have good longevity but they are not affordable for all people. Regular stuffs are meant for everyone. I always make it a point to buy affordable but qualitative stuffs. What say?

Indeed, brand stuff is way more good,bu if you brake/tear it,you will be in the position of buying it again, and most of the time it's so expensive you just can't afford that.I would rather choose cheaper stuff, because in the eventuality of breaking,I can replace it easier and at a smaller price than the branded item.

Hi Oktavist, when buying things like accessories, clothes, bag and shoes I do not on the brand, i am more on comfortably and durability of the specific products products. But in terms of gadget and electronic appliances I am very strict on brand because i do not want to waste my money for nothing and I always want to be the best in appliances and gadget because its a part of house investment.

I would be looking for certain brands but not most of the time. If it's a pair of sneakers or flu meds then I might prefer a brand over another, but if it's like a pair of socks, toothpicks, bottled water... I couldn't care less.

That depends on what it is. For food items, I buy a few things that are brand name, like Lipton tea. I've tried generic brands and, while they're less expensive to buy, it takes more to make a decent cup of tea, so that it actually costs more. Dish soap is another thing that costs more to buy the cheap brand. As far as clothing, I don't pay much attention to brands because I very, very seldom buy clothes at retail stores. I buy at thrift shops or sometimes garage sales.

I both buy branded items and just the regular ones. I just make sure that is within my budget and it is something that is really useful for me and can be used for a long time.

Well it depends on what I am spendind my money on...there are some items that it really makes more sense to be to buy brand names and then there are items where generic is just as feasible..ans that certainly includes food for me.. I have realized by experiences that sxpensive is not always the best...However you really do need to know your product because sometimes you do get what you pay for when trying to go furgal..

Hi friend, always i give importance to the quality, as well as interested in buying cheap and best things, if a quality thing is available in a low cost, surely i will buy it, i don't give more importance to the brand name, some good brand products may be not good some times, so we must give importance to the quality

Actually, I usually buy regular products because of the price.I am a practical person and I have to budget my money.Regular brands may not have a good quality but it depends on how you use it and look for items that looks like a good quality.

Well it really depends, sometimes I buy branded clothes and sometimes not. I buy branded pants it fits very well and last long than that regular. Just recently, I bought a dress from a regular store, it looks much cuter and better compared to branded dress. And yeah I consider the price too, if its too much, then I wouldn't buy it. I rather buy food than that tehehe
