My worst relationship was when I was in high school. The guy became very abusive to me and extremely controlling. Every time he thought I was going to end it he would say he would kill himself. I finally told him I was going to end it one way or another, he put his head through a glass window and went to the hospital. After he got out he kept putting threatening letters in my locker saying he was going to kill me! My parents finally put me in private school because the school nor the police would do anything. That was the absolute worst time in my life!

It is hard to believe that could happen but it does and I am very thankful that your parents put you into a safer environment,
In my first relationship, it was with a guy I met in a psychiatric facility. I went by choice but he went by force.
A lot of things happened but whenever something went bad, his mom would call me up, put me on the phone with him and he would threaten kill someone else or himself. Sometimes, I would wake up in the middle of the night with a text message saying he was going to kill himself.

The relationship I had with my mother (or should I say: no relationship). She ruined my childhood and biggest part of my life with her beating ups and the marriage I once had (divorced about 21 years ago and it's still such a big relief).
