When the World Dies in Your Sleep

I have trouble sleeping well lately because I keep on dreaming about the end of the world where the buildings collapsed and the lands fall apart like the movie 2012. I must admit that I feel nervous about it. I know I am being silly but I just do not understand that of all the dreams that I can be dreaming of, it is about the world dying.
What do you guys think about that December 21, 2012 rumor that the world will finally meet its end? Maybe I dreaming about the end of the world because I fear death or witness the death of everyone I love before I meet my end. This is a terrible discussion, I know, but it would help me greatly if someone say something reassuring.
If I made someone uncomfortable with this discussion, then I am sorry!

Maybe we always dream about either our subconscious fears and subconscious dreams.

Well one thing you have to bear in mind is the now and forget about the days to come since they have not yet come. I think you got attached with the idea of end of days but I think you can get away with that if you focus what you can do today than thinking of what may happen tomorrow which no one knows it will happen. So stop thinking about it and just do what you can do today.
