onion soup was among the food i prepared when my husband celebrated his birthday last May.at first, i was not convinced that said soup tastes good. but the first time i have tried it, it was amazingly good.
As per history, onion soup were popular in the Roman times and commonly eaten by the poor people due to abundance. The modern recipes originated from France in the 18th century.
I learned to cook this from school and now have shared it with my family and loved it. how about you/ have you tried onion soup?

Hi,
Per vegetarian claims onions have medicinal qualities in par with ginger, garlic, and aromatic herbs. I have not tried the recipe yet, onions cost as much as Php75/kilogram here.
I should try it sometime. You should have included the recipe here.

I like all type of soups and i never tried onion soup.Please tell how to prepare this soup.
