I found a few mobile homes

I am going to look at them, not this weekend the one after. They have some from $8,000 - $70,000. They are all season so you can live without freezing during the winter months. Only issue I have to think about is the drive, it's about an hour east of where I currently am so that means further drive. I found one for $10,000 and you bring it to where you want, also found a company that sells them between $10,000 - $23,000 to your own place for extra. I was going to save up a little more, so I can have at least $10,000 to put down. But they all look nice, not big open concept. I have a goal I have set and am working towards it.

Well, I don't think that there is any harm at all in looking at them, but since you did have the goal in mind of saving more before you made a purchase, if the trailers that you are looking at are not exactly what you wanted for yourself, then you do not have to settle with one of the mobile homes that you are going to be looking at. I really do tend to think that is one of the things that is the most beautiful about looking at homes before you are in a must move situation.

That's how I see it as, if you are desperate to move you will pick anything and overlook everything. I know a few people who done this in the past a regret it. So I'm am just browsing for now, I'm not look for specifics just as long as it has 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom I'm happy.

Mobile homes now are made so beautifully that it's almost like a home. Before they looked so.. dingy I suppose is the word for it, not something to live in year round. I've seen pictures of mobile homes that you would think were just normal, brick set foundation homes. Good luck, hopefully you can find a good deal and nice layout, something you'd want to live in for many years to come.

Im not picky on the look just as long as the function is there. But there are some nice ones for sure. I have been applying to jobs left and right now, part time afternoons, part time nights. I wish I could get a full time job but there just isnt any.

Thats how I look at it, even if you have to redo your goals or take a little longer the key is reaching them.

The mobile homes sound fantastic and it is an extra bonus that they are suitable for living in all year round. Heating in the winter is necessary so I am glad that they have got that. An hour to work is quite a long drive. You seem to be thinking of getting a mobile home and putting it closer to where you live so that is fantastic. Good luck saving up to purchase your mobile home. You have made the right decision to move towards to goal of owning a mobile home.
