Working overtime on the past couple of weeks, I need some vacation

Maybe I am getting tired already, and I am thinking about getting a week of vacation. For while, I didn't get my vacation yet, because I was keep on working and working, doing overtime on the past couple of weeks. Also, I work on the weekend on the part time job, and I barely have a day off of my own. Now, I am still have more than 2 weeks of vacation, and I must use them before the end of the year. Now, hopefully we aren't that busy toward the Thanksgiving time, so I can take a long week vacation to somewhere with my friends. The money is good though on working overtime, but I am still a human beings, not a machine, I still need my rest somehow.

Yes, it is very important to rest. I had a period of my life where I worked about 60 hours a week for many months and it was exhausting. Even now I feel overworked a lot but I have scheduled a vacation in November and I am looking forward to that.

I hope you realize that if you work too hard and you lose your rest, your performance will become less acceptable. You need to take a rest and that is what vacations are for. You have two weeks coming to you, don't lose them or give them up.
It's wonderful that you can make all that extra money because you can pay off bills, buy new things, whatever you want to do with the extra. BUT, you need to enjoy your life also, and your body needs to catch up and as you said, you are not a machine with no feelings.
Go have some fun with your friends and don't think about work. Take care of yourself mentally and physically, and you'll be much better off to start working again.

I know making money is important, but rest is just as important. It is important to not get burned out and cause health problems. I know you have bills to pay and admire your persistance to get them paid off. I am trying to make extra money online so I can start building up my savings account and get a head start on paying off my student loans.

You really have to take a rest or vacation after all of those work cause you really deserve it.
Sometimes I am like that, there are time wherein I have to go overtime in few consecutive weekends to do and finish works that my job required and need.But afterwards I give myself enough time to relax and rest to gain energy to work again.

Yeah you're absolutely right. You need to use your vacation since you barely have a day off on your own. Take time to relax and refresh your self. You deserves to take a vacation... Life will be boring if we always work and no time for ourself.
