I have been cooking every day here and last night I cooked some Chicken and potatoes and black eyed peas and it was so good and there is till a lot left my husband does that sometimes doesn't eat because he is too tired and always says he will eat later and it ends up sometimes going to waste and other times he comes home so hungry and I am so tired of cooking! But today I wanted to make a peach cobbler but I have never attempted to do it before and last night I bought a pie crust but have never tried and I think I am going to try? Anyone know what else is needed besides the crust and pie shell? And peaches?

I love Food Network really helps me come up with ideas. You might try doing a search to get recipes and I would suggest picking one with a few ingredients, as you already told us this will be your first peach cobbler. I check my cookbooks for ideas also. If you don't have a cookbook ask one of your neighbors, as they just might help you make the peach cobbler; specially, if you tell them you haven't made one before.

Most of the cobblers I've had or made have had a crumb topping with oats and brown sugar. I know that there are different ways of making the topping, but I'd urge you to steer clear of anything involving a pre-made pie shell. Take a look at Food Network or AllRecipes. There are numerous peach cobbler recipes to choose from.
