If You Find Out Facebook is Tracking your Internet Usage, Will You Use It?

I read in a Yahoo news web site that Facebook can monitor users internet activity even if they are logged out from their account. It states that if a facebook user uses "Facebook Connect", Facebook is able to set up a cookie on your computer that contains user information. This may contain web pages you accessed, your ip address and other browsing information. Do you have a Facebook account like I do? Would you still use it if this is true?

This is good for catching the culprit because now many danger incidents are happening through facebook so watching and tracking is good. I wish facebook should demand the identity proof of the user while creating account.
