can i use youtube embed code for my site ? http://www.youtube.com/movies?feature=mh you can see above this link has many movies is this legal to post them on a site with their embed code ?

It is legal to use the embed code where it is available under the video on YouTube provided that you are not infringing copyright and that you are not doing anything against the rules of the site you are posting the code to.

so thats mean i can post those movies on my site ??? and what about daliymotion , putlocker sites embed code can i use those code too ?

Yes it is legal to used YouTube embed code . This help to share the video so I dont think they have any problem with it or else they would have put it there .

Sure it's OK. As long as you can access it freely, means it's OK to us to republish or forward it to anyone.
