When I was very young, I remember that my happiest moments was watching my favorite cartoons while eating my favorite softdrinks and chips. I had a lot of favorite cartoons that fill my time, so it was a big part of my youthful years. Now that I am middle age, my desire to watch cartoons have died down but I do like watching some of them once in a while. How about you, if you're in your middle age or older do you still find time to watch cartoons? And if yes, what types of cartoons still attracts you? If not, tell me your reason why cartoons doesn't attract you anymore?

I never really liken to watch any cartoons, yet it all changed when I happened to stop by a Mickey Mouse show.I was so noisy that moment because the show was really very hilarious and all the time I enjoy it until I have noticed that I have missed my favorite program.I also enjoy seeing Tom and Jerry.

I find a lot of people I know also likes Tom and Jerry, but when I was young it wasn't shown on tv so I didn't know why it's so popular with young people. When cartoons finds a way to make you laugh and amused, then it helps keep one young at heart. This is my personal belief.

Yes, cartoons seems to give you a way to escape from reality because you don't see real people when you watch it but they are real characters so even mature people needs some escape from the difficult realities of life once in a while. Cartoons fulfills that escape with a touch of fun:)

Oh yes, I am a great lover of cartoons. My love of cartoons has not diminished in the slightest with my advancing years, and I shall always watch them whatever age I become. If anything, I enjoy cartoons even more nowadays, which is probably due to the great quality of some of the animations available now. I remember watching Walt Disney's Jungle Book a long time ago and I was so impressed with the reality of the characters. Now there are a large number of animated films that depict very believable characters. If I had to list the top ten films over recent years then I would expect that cartoons would be certainly more than half of them.

I think it is very normal. I like cartoons even if I am in the middle age. It means a lot for me to watch the cartoon with my son. At least we can talk about it when we watch it together. It is good for our relationship. Some cartoon movies are very great. The story is meaningful and sometimes I even feel moved to it. I love China

I believe watching cartoons could really be a great way to bond with your kids. I remember when I was a kid I enjoy watching a Chinese made cartoon called Alakazam the Great which is a cartoon movie about a monkey who had great dreams and skills. I remember that me and my 5 brothers always enjoyed watching this movie and it is a great bonding between us brothers.

I'm not sure if I watch that movie now if it would still have the same effect to me when I was young. I guess I would still enjoying watching it very much but not as much as before.

At my age or 31, yes I still do enjoy watching cartoons especially those made for kids. I love watching it with my son. Maybe because I haven't enjoy watching such things on my childhood days since our TV are still Black and white unlike now that you will really appreciate the color as well as the animation effects.

Nowadays we could see a lot of computer animation which is non-existent in the older times but what I find amusing is that the old cartoons still are very enjoyable to me. I believe the more important thing is the story and the characters, but of course the new technology makes everything a lot more interesting to watch but basically if the story is still not good, no matter if the computer animation was excellent, it will still be not good. But at least in terms of visual enjoyment, that would be the benefit that computer animation could give.

I am still in love with them! I am a huge fan of anime, I'm a huge fan of warner brothers toons, as well as their offspring, Tiny Toons. I'll never give up on this! lol. Hey, remember Beavis and Butthead? If you have a chance, you have to check out the old MTV show, "liquid television'. this was an absolutely amazing feat of independent animators putting their talents on the big screen. I'm sure some episodes exist somewhere.

I have watched only a few of Beavis and Butthead and I find them hilarious but sometimes dangerous to the morals of young people...lol. Warner brothers toons are classic, and I also love Walt Disney but more on the movies they make. Some other cartoons I liked before is Popeye. When I was even younger, I remember watching a lot of Wait Till Your Father Gets Home...I bet most of you reading this doesn't even know that cartoons.

Why not? I don't see any reason why any man or woman would stop watching cartoons just because they are older. For me, its one way of staying young at heart and in your case, it's a good time to bond when you enjoy it with your children.

Well, I'm a teenager and I still love watching cartoons, but not as much anymore compared to when I was a child. I love watching colorful cartoons, and those of comedy, it gets my mind off some things and relives some stress.

I agree because I think kids love colorful things in general. Some cartoons I also love are those that shows a lot of adventure like Mightor and Moby Dik. This is another cartoons that has a lot of different dinasuars there and the main character is like a stone age man with his dinasaur with wings, but I forgot the name of the cartoons, but I remember I loved watching it so much. You see, now my age is really starting to show as I start forgetting things :D

Yes, I remember watching cartoon movies a few years back and still enjoy them. Some of those cartoon movies I remember are Toy Story, Beauty and the Beast and some computer animated movies like Antz, A Bug's Life, Kung Fu Panda, Ice Age, Happy Feet and Shrek.
