I'm fuming now

I did 3 mystery shops, the 1 went through no problems. But the other two Im ready to hunt this lady down, she's beyond stupid. Now I dont want to be mean but she seriously needs to go to school to understand English. I cant understand a word she is saying on the phone, and her emails are very bad english. I tried explaining it to her, the one she declined, saying I didnt say I was new to the area. I did, and if their rep is lying saying I didnt I will never go buy anything from these stores, or do these mystery shops again. Why would I lie?. Then she mixed them up, the other shop and submitted the report writing it about the report she already declined. I cant even explain how p*ssed I am right now wasting my time, and then dealing with this moron who cant even understand english.

hi Ricki I u nderstand your irritation. I wanted somne help when I was new on cable so phoned the closest office and I got Hilda who quite evidenty was German and here Gerenglish was horrib le. She tried to help me to understand how to reset my modem and router after a power failure had knocked me off line. She goes blah blah the blah line then reinsert it, then blah blah blha., I am going what did say ? so she just repeats the german that I cannot understand. so finally I yell just send a repairman over here please, so she told me Bruno would be there the next morning. I asked does he speak English and she snapped ""of course" or something similar to that. he c ame and he showed me exactly how to rest the modem and the router and in English . I told him how Hilda's gerenglish did not help me at all.He laughed and said"She had not really tried to learn English and thats a fact. We both la ghed and he did not charge me as hilda did not talk me through resetting it for myself. ; a

I would do the saamething, I know calling Bell (the phone company) is the worse. The call center is in India, they all have thick accents, and some you wonder if they are speaking english. But to me you would think this would end up loosing the company money. I know its cheap labour in the India, but Ive cut most of my services off because of that. I want someone who can help me not put me in circles repeately and not understand what Im asking.

Don't waste your time getting mad with people like her. There are just people who do not admit their mistakes or wouldn't accept any further explanations.
