i find plum cake very tough to prepare

Hello natlie. I hadn't thought about plum cake for years. My grandmother used to make it a lot. Only we called it prune cake. As I remember she used a small cake mix and used canned plums and some baking soda. She served it with a vinegar sauce. At one tome I had the recipe but I seem to have lost it over the years with so much moving about. This was so good. I must find the recipe again. These cakes really are simple to make.
