How often have you asked yourself: what went wrong. Can I not keep a simple routine of monitoring the types of food I health and eat more of healthy food? Why is it that the pull of Diet soda or the extra piece of processed cheese is stronger than my health, my heart? It beats when you are down in the lows, a slave once again to diet soda.

It is hard to keep the routine if it comes to food/drinks if you can't keep the daily routine first. So that is where you have to start. With a daily, healthy routine/life style. Including when to do your shopping, what to buy, when to take (extra) rest/relaxing time etc.

that means an unhealthy lifestyle will surely lead to unhealthy meals. I really don't know if there is enough proof, but the evidence exists. People who seem to be living only for the moment: partying, rushing to work, excessive tv time, always have unhealthy diets and foods on their table. I concur with you, wakeupkitty. thanks
