Do you have page on my space or facebook?If yes then you have probably make friends or chat online....You will probably have accept or invite invitations from people you feel interested in for friendship or relationship...
Have you ever met your friend as a person?How was dating your internet friend?
Two years ago i met my space friend giovanni here in Athens.We had a correspondence through my space and then by emails and we finally met in Athens.The day we met i was very excited.We saw each other on a train station of Monastiraki here in Athens .We hugged each other and laughed.It was a weird & strange feeling to see him as a person in front of me and not as a photograph.Although we had a physical attraction for each other nothing happened and we continue our friendship by emails.I believe it is very difficult or better say impossible to make and mantain a relationship by distance.Do you agree?It would be great to hear from your experiences and personal opinions about dating by internet...

it is very common. internet dating has ended up good for some people and for some not that neat. i would say it depends. if the person is looking for a long term relationship, if he likes her after meeting, he would propose to her. I have seen some disasters in internet dating where the girls waits for the guy still and the guy is married with kids and have his own family. it is sad to hear. I would advice not to take things seriously on net unless you meet the person.
Yes it is hard to maintain a long distance relationship. But if one wants it is possible. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

I, myself am a happily and long time married person.. but both my sister and a cousin of mine made very good matches online and are now happily married to them! So I guess it can work. Though I would be careful to take safety precautions of course, especially the first few times meeting, and then some..

Well one time I did meet a guy off facebook. It was a stupid thing to do because I had just started talking to him like the day before. Luckily he was a nice guy but I didnt want a relationship with him. It would have been to hard because he was a trucker and gone a lot I would have rarely been able to see him.

yes its true.i believe in cases like these at least you must chat a lot before dating.
